To explain the drying mechanism of sand moulds and effect of many things on drying, I measured the rate of drying and temperature gradient. I find the effect of air velocity, temperature, water content and etc. Air velocity over 3m/s have no serious effect on drying, but temperature has very important effect. Besides, we must be careful on grain size of sands and thickness of molds.
On this paper, don't explained the heat economics and strength of moulds, so I will write on these studies on the paper some other day.
