A science workshop for primary school students was conducted to promote understanding of analysis. The subject of mixed juice was selected to ensure the primary school children and guardians could participate spontaneously without having to contend with a difficult image. As expected, although they demonstrated impressions of enjoying cooking, several impressions of enjoying expectations were also presented. Questionnaire results revealed significantly high expectations regarding technology and science, demonstrating that primary school students are extremely motivated to participate in science workshops. The content of this workshop will be discussed, focusing on implementation methods and results.
