Although many cases of Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia (WMG) with pulmonary involvement have been reported, endobronchial involvement has not been described. We report an unusual case of WMG wherein endobronchial invasion of tumor cells narrowed the airways and caused coughing and wheezing.
