Abstract

Recently projection displays using laser light sources are drawing consierable attention due to high image qualities and low enegy consumption. But when using lasers for projections, it is important to suppress speckles. We established a speckle model through actual observations, and investigated the effectiveness of speckle reduction of moving diffusers.
