Quick Information System for the Terrestrial Data Broadcasting

Abstract

In case of disaster, TV stations have important roles as providing details and useful information for a victim. In this paper we show a new quick information system for the Internet and terrestrial data broadcasting. Every kinds of information are provided to users through the terrestrial data broadcasting. A Smart Agent character appears on a desktop and tells users of information about disaster.
