Abstract

As an example of the Internet broadcasting in a local city, Internet broadcasting is carried out in Saga Prefecture. This paper reports the system composition and the enforcement situation under experiment about the Internet broadcasting considered in the background of the history and culture of Saga, and the economical present condition of Saga.
