Abstract

We propose an underwater visible LED light communication system that enables divers to make a hands-free conversation. We have developed an optical receiving module that can automatically tracks the optical transmitter for a video delivery from the deep sea. By adding an LED to the optical receiving module, we made a transceiver for a full-duplex voice communication between several divers.
