抄録
The topics from the results of the studies conducted by the author and collaborators during the two decades are reviewed. The studies are mainly related to cyclodextrin glycosyltransferase (CGT-ase) and include the following subjects.
1) Screening of glucosyltransferase from soil bacteria.
2) B. megaterium CGT-ase purification and action on starch and co-substrates.
3) Production of Coupling sugar and its application for low-cariogenic sugar.
4) Enzymic transglucosylation of some glucosides, Hespertin DC glucoside, Stevioside and Rubusoside.
