Abstract
Effects of the ion skin depth, which is neglected in the (single-fluid) MHD approximations can alter not only very small scales but also some large scales in MHD turbulence. In this presentation, we show that the introduction of the Hall term can modify vortex structures in MHD turbulence. The vortex structures are clearly separated from the current sheet structures when the Hall term is introduced to the induction equation of the magnetic field. Element structures in Hall MHD turbulence appear to be mixture of vortex sheets, vortex tubes and current sheets. Contributions of the small-scale structures to the large-scale structures in turbulent field will be studied.
