Abstract

The most important goal of the modern corporation is to achieve great results. The accomplishment of this goal depends on a lot of conditions.Especially the labor-management relation is very important.Whether it is satisfying or not depends on the communication between worker-and management-groups, which is closely related with the system of the firm(decision system). For this reason we examine the conditions of the decision system under which the communication comes to function well.As the object of this examination we take "codetermination system"in West Germany and "joint labor management coference system"in Japan. And we make clear that these two systems are good for the communication between worker-and management-groups.Finally we want to point out that the combination of these two system is more satisfying and more important for the communication between the two groups.
