This paper describes an improvement scheme of in-house meetings based on ethnography. The scheme including fieldwork and participatory design, had been applied to ten or more cases of three major meeting-types. This paper shows a fieldwork-process of Kaizen-meetings in a software development division as one sample. After observation and analysis of this case, major four points for improvement had been obtained and some of those points had been adopted as hints for improvement of meeting process.
