This research focuses on the effect of the regional informatization by using social media. To transmit local information from North Ibaraki where having problems in making the network for women, three approaches which is 1) constructing the regional SNS called "Osanpo" for women in North Ibaraki, 2) creating the new website for Women's Center of Hitachi, 3) opening lectures about SNS in hitachiota where is a part of North Ibaraki,have been promoted. In this paper, the products of these activities are discussed. By analyzing these cases, a problem to be solved for regional SNS is appeared.
