抄録

We recognize the regional activation from aspects of economical functions and social functions, and we put shopping districts(SDs) and community people into the kernel of these functions. We did the questionnaire concerning 1) community ties and regional activation, 2) the relationship between community ties and applying ICT. We verified that community ties have some relations to social capital (SC). We confirmed to enhance social functions as a result in the region where SC indices were high. We also confirmed that that urban (bridging) type SDs were more positive than "territorial-bond type" SDs.
