JAXA’s Status and Prospects of Biological and Physical Sciences in Space

Abstract

The projects of biological and physical sciences in space are promoted by ISS Science Project Office, ISAS/JAXA. The status and future plan of the projects are introduced and prospects of the science field are discussed together with the governmental activities for strategic evaluations and coordinations by the Headquarters of Aerospace Strategy and the Aerospace Strategy Technical Investigation Panel under the Cabinet Secretariat.
