Abstract
We focused on personal knowledge constructs based on failure experience in R&D projects at a corporate laboratory, which all caused serious trouble. We set up the following procedures to achieve goals: (1) Construct the knowledge construct model for each person using PAC (Personal Attitude Construct) analysis. (2) Hierarchical analysis by comparing knowledge construct models of research managers to researchers. Based on above-mentioned procedure, we found the process of knowledge reconstruction about R&D concept during the project based on failure experience.
