Abstract

Japan started the issue of my number card in October, 2015. However, the spread of my number cards is largely late by system failure at the time of the card publication.If my number cards do not spread, the improvement of the convenience of the nation cannot be accomplished.The purpose of this study is to analyze the twitter data at key points in time using technique of the text mining.In addition, I performed it including analysis about the government public information using twitter.As a result of analysis, the effect of the public information was proved not to penetrate enough at this stage.
