Abstract

In the food supermarket industry, it begins to take a community-based strategy. However, consumer's recent purchasing by the diversification of the life style has been complicated. Therefore, it is difficult for the enterprise to take measures of goods in stock and the coupon distribution, etc. by thinking about the timing to come to a store and customer's needs. In the research of the past, characteristics of the region are not considered though the customer's segmentation was tried from the ID-POS data. Then, it was assumed to be a research purpose to propose the sales strategy technique for considering characteristics of the region by segmenting the customer in consideration of regional information in addition to the ID-POS data in this research.
