Abstract

In recent years, due to technological progress and changes in social conditions, the transition to an online environment for organizations is rapidly progressing. In particular, in universities, human relations are weakening, and the amount and quality of support that people receive is declining. Mentoring is a representative form of the developmental relationship between mentors and prostheses, and is beneficial to both mentors who provide support and those who receive support. In order to build a lively relationship like the conventional offline environment in the online environment, the concept of emotional contagion in psychology is applied to investigate the contagion of mentoring. A case study will be conducted in a university laboratory, and through analysis, how existing mentoring will affect others will be clarified.
