Abstract

The question is how effectively digital transformation can be implemented. In practicing corporate transformation from a company-wide perspective, the issue of flexibility of information systems relating to radical changes in business processes and system operations is one of the management challenges.

This paper discusses the effectiveness and issues of agile development in a cloud-based environment, where advanced practices are being implemented, and examines where the theoretical issues lie in the information system management field.
