The reviews are posted on the accommodation booking websites of inns and hotels, and can be easily viewed and transmitted. The reviews are useful information for both tourists and accommodations and are utilized. The general structure of a review is that the overall rating and the item rating are expressed in numerical values, and there is a written evaluation. However, since the writer can freely transmit the review, there is often a discrepancy between the numerical and written evaluations. The reason for this may be that the factors that form the axis of judgment for the writer differ from person to person. In this study, we will examine the degree of agreement between numerical and textual evaluations of the reviews on lodging websites using text mining.
