Abstract

To pave the way for researching skills for leaders of digital transformation, this paper researches entrepreneurship which is one of the required skills. By conducting interviews with two CIOs, entrepreneurship is considered as important, and proactive behavior is observed but risk taking and innovativeness are not so actively demonstrated. With the results, the future research opportunities are summarized.
