Abstract

The innovation occurring in developing countries by entering a multinational company are often brought to market in advanced countries as new products. It's called “Reverse Innovation". This research analyzes effectiveness of strategies for Reverse Innovation quantitively by Agent-Based Social Simulation which uses the model that can express Reverse Innovation's basic mechanism. To express basic mechanism, we use GE Healthcare's case which is one of the most typical cases of Reverse Innovation.
