Abstract

This study sets up the formation of "entrepreneurial competency" as an effect of entrepreneurship education, and examines its influence on "creative problem-solving activities" and "entrepreneurial career thinking" in the students' higher education and workplaces. The subject of the analysis is the case of Shinagawa Joshi Gakuin, which has been practicing entrepreneurship education from the early stage of junior high school and high school for a long time. As a result of analyzing the data from the questionnaire survey of graduates, it was shown that the programs of "special courses," "entrepreneurial experience program," and "corporate collaboration" had different effects on each effectiveness index.
