Abstract

Owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, SAKE breweries are facing a never-before-experienced business crisis. Therefore, Akita university students and FM Hanabi worked together to create a promotional video for the sake breweries. In this study, we clarify the results of industry-academia collaboration.
