This paper proposes a methodology to promote safety in sky sports and discusses its effectiveness and future research directions. The meta-methodology (SOSF) and the Failure Factors Structuring Methodology (FFSM), which are categorized under SOSF, have already been tested for their effectiveness in improving the safety of ICT systems and will be applied to the field of Sky Sports safety. The FFSM structures the complex factors that lead to failure and promotes double-loop learning. The paper clarified the insights that promote safety in sky sports and identified directions for future data accumulation. The FFSM used in this paper has shown the potential to be deployed in other fields (human activity systems).
