Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to summarize the discussion of the main theme for the JASVE Annual Academic Meeting 2017. The previous studies showed, the Regional economical and industrial development needs realization of uninterrupted innovation. The key players of innovation are not existing companies，being in “the Innovators Dilemmas”, but NTBFs, which seek to realize “destructive innovation”. The probability, which these NTBFs realize innovation, is extremely low because the NTBFs face huge triple-risks. So, It is necessary to form the ecosystem in the region for encouraging the numerous NTBFs launching, constantly. The prerequisite for the ecosystem formation is “the accumulation of technology and humans”, and the accumulation is the starting point of the ecosystem, the Entrepreneurial University is centered on the ecosystem. In Fukuoka case, although technological accumulation is satisfied, but human accumulation is not enough. After solving the human problem, it is necessary for each sector inside and outside the region, by complement each other, to accelerate ecosystem formation. For that, it is also necessary that Kyushu University change to “Entrepreneurial University”.
