In this paper, practical training on development task is divided into a learning curriculum and education curriculum separately. Then, the author describes the learning model, the instructional design and the learning environment design. In the learning model, the learning metastasis model and the legitimate peripheral participation model are compared, and these metaphors also are compared. And, summarize the comparison results and propose the necessity of Learning Environment Design for practical training on development task.
