Abstract
The small and medium-sized businesses are playing an important role of industry. But they have neither persons nor capital goods enough. Cooperation with other companies is indispensable to make and to execute an effective region BCP (Business Continuity Plan). The inducement of the local government, the industry group, and the trade organization is necessary for cooperation with another enterprise. The cooperation between companies is concluded in mutual relationships of mutual trust. The network organization has an important role for regional BCP. The galvanization companies concluded the mutual production support contract in Yokohama City. This contract was made a rule as not the contribution to society but a business, and the effectiveness of BCP is improved. It is a good example that shows the ideal way of BCP in the future. There are many future research themes and we will push forward a study of the cooperation between companies.
