Abstract
We have shown an algorithm to calculate properties of matter or bio high polymer based on the Atomic Schwinger-Dyson (ASD) method, which we proposed as a relativistic field theory. In the ASD method, coupled equations of electrons and photons are described in a non-perturbative way. We show that the higher order correlations beyond the Hartree-Foch are included in the theory. The most important point of ASD method is that the theory can determine the Coulomb potential as a condensed field. The propagator of the photon is calculated with the projection and inversed matrices. Furthermore we discussed the merit of ASD method compared with the traditional methods such as mean field approximation, Hartree-Foch method.
