MnO-SiO₂及びZnO-SiO₂ 2元系ガラス中での酸素イオンの分布について

抄録

The quantitative analysis of O⁰, O^- and O^2- ions existing in MnO-SiO₂ and ZnO-SiO₂ glasses was carried out by ESCA (electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis). The ratio of O⁰ ion in MnO-SiO₂ and ZnO-SiO₂ glasses increased with the increase of SiO₂ content. It was estimated that 33% and 67% of Si-O cluster existed in the form of Si₂O₇^6- and Si₃O₉^6-, respectively, in 60ZnO⋅40SiO₂.
