Abstract

The viscosity and thermal properties of glasses in the system Na₂O-SiO₂ were measured near the transformation temperature. The parameters of fragility, ΔC_p and Eη/T_g, increased with an increase in Na₂O content. Results of these measurements showed a good correlation between ΔC_p and Eη/T_g.
