In this study, we report that the lessons for 5^<th> and 6^<th> graders using soccer "Task games," in which problem solving is required, were effective in improving their learning outcome. We measured the exercise intensity of 4 games in various time conditions in college students preliminarily: "dribbling soccer with two goals" "kick-line portball with side standers" "kick-line portball" "run soccer." Then we set out an 11-hour unit plan, in which these 4 "task games" were sequenced strategically and systematically. Lessons were performed according to the plan. As a result, learning achievements were found not only in physical fitness aspects, but also in technical and emotional aspects.
