When movies enter the color era from black and white images, color has become a unique and important part of the language of video. Color is a perceptual visual element which is silent but infectious, infecting audiences potentially.
Blue is one of the three-primary colors and has a vital position in the color world. It is the spokesman for negative energy, affecting people's mood, and even personality. This article analyzes from the perspective of movie audiovisual language, how directors use blue to express in movies.
