液体用壁付着形純流体素子の特性に及ぼすベントと負荷の影響

抄録

This paper describes how the characteristics of a wall attachment hydraulic amplifier are affected by the vent width, the flow resistance in the vent and the load. It was found that the amplifier characteristics are greatly affected by branching and joining of the flow in the device, as well as by the Coanda effect and cavitation phenomena.
