慢性中耳炎に対するプレドニゾロンの局所使用経験

抄録

The lccal use of prednisolone (Shioncgi) was tried in cases of chronic otitis media, aftertreatment of radical operation of middle ear and after tympanoplasty which discharge failed to stop. Once a day affected ear was filled with 0.1-0.3cc. of the agent. In a large number of cases of chronic otitis media the discharge beccame dry or decreased.
In after-treatment of operative cases the use of the agent appeared to have caused either decrease or disappearance of unwanted granulation tissues. No unwanted side-effected were discovered by such a usage.
