Micro algae has huge potential to be an alternative to fossil fuel. It’s required for algal culture to cultivate huge amount of algae by using less energy. In this research, we cultivated micro algae in the different culture conditions to improve yield efficiency of micro algae. Freshwater micro algae Desmodesmus sp. (NEIS-96) is cultivated in a 100mℓ test tube with C medium and BG-11 medium. Test tubes were put into a constant temperature water tank, and were provided either white fluorescent light or white led light. Either compressed air or nothing, but not both were provided each and every one of test tubes through the flow instrument. After 14 days cultivating, 47.7mg dry micro algae were harvested that were cultivated with aerated BG-11 medium and white led light.
