Aso city government & Kyushu Biomass Forum have been engaging in the experimental usage of the "Herbal Biomass energy" as a part of NEDO project, which is to make the use out of dry grass into thermal and electrical power generation system. It is crucial to understand not only the exact volume & amount of resources reachable but also the cost of the distribution for the embarkation on a new biomass energy business. G.I.S.(Geographical Information System) is designed to integrate the information of the geography & the resources and to facilitate the systematization of the distribution.
