抄録

The pretreatment of metal painting is the process which gives etching to the steel plate surface, and processing by the transformed material temperature of 40 °C-60 °C is necessary as reaction conditions. Therefore some sources of heat were necessary and the occurrence of a transformed sludge by processing was also unavoidable. So we succeeded to consider the new process which had an energy conservation measure and an environment measure for its object, settle a problem by catalyst addition technology to the silane coupling material developed originally and shift to mass production. As a result, the heat basic unit of fiscal year 2015 of the whole factory achieved substantial reduction in-16% by year-on-year comparison and also zero-ized a transformed sludge perfectly. 【The based reduction considerable petroleum amount ▼162 kL/year.】
