Taiwan has 91 CSA (Community supported agriculture) farm until 2016 and 26% CSA belong to Yi-Lan county Shan-Gou village of CSA cooperative. This research aims to analysis comprehensive operations situation of Shan-Gou CSA cooperative. What kind of group cooperative policy makes Shan-Gou cooperative collecting fund and producing crops becomes main issue of research. This research using CSA farm owners interview to know the Shan-Gou cooperative management feature. Besides, through the financial report analysis knows the CSA cooperative salary, fund resource and the proportion of production expenditure. Through a series of analysis and financial survey could understand the managing characteristic of Shan-Gou CSA cooperative. Shan-Gou CSA farmer cooperative annual salary is 1057,000¥/ha and Yi-Lan modern agriculture average annual salary is 690,000¥/ha. Right now Shan-Gou village totally has 24 CSA farmers and whole farmland is reach to 75.2ha.Compare with Yi-Lan county organic rice production farmers average farmland is 2.5ha, Shan-Gou CSA farmers average farmland has 3.5ha is bigger than local organic farmer. According to statistic data, using 5ha farming area premises the annual income. The modern farmer is 3450,000¥ and Shan-Gou CSA farmer is 5285,000¥. Because of Shan-Gou CSA farmer income is higher than modern farming way. Until 2016 December, 35 farmers immigrated into the Yi-Lan county Shan-Gou village.
