Concerning the model experiments in extreme conditions of a fishing boat defined in the former paper, the lurching phenomena in rolling motions of the fishing boat due to wind waves were observed especially in quartering and following sea conditions. Based on the records of rolling motions for lurching, the power spectra of wind waves and ship's motions, the 8mm cine films of the behaviours of the model ship in waves, and the lurching phenomena were clarified analytically and discussed.
