For safe evacuation from post earthquake fires, fire information updated in real time needs to be transmitted to evacuees. However, since real-time information includes uncertainty, in some cases, it may be expected that acquisition of evacuation guidance information is not always useful. In this research, we investigated whether the update of realtime evacuation guidance information has positive or negative influences on their behavior intention according to evacuation guidance by knowledge and awareness about the uncertainty at the time of earthquake fire of evacuees through the questionnaire survey on residents who live in the areas with high risk of fire.
