発災初動期における効果的な応援・受援体制の確立に向けた検討

The role of support staff from outside has become important during large-scale disasters in recent years between local governments. In order to establish an effective support, this study approaches a support system in the initial period, (1) Analysis of the work contents of support staff, (2) Construction of evaluation criteria for the operational status of disaster response work, (3) Understand information items to be shared, (4) Necessary preparations for the mutual support, and (5) Skills required for support staff. This paper focus on the results of questionnaires to local governments nationwide.
