The characteristics of crystal perfection in monoclinic hen egg-white (HEW) lysozyme crystals were observed by synchrotron x-ray topography and locking curve. As a result, the clear dislocation images were obtained by the topography. The locking curves from various diffraction planes showed anisotropic behaviors on the half-width. We will discuss the relationship between the dislocations and the half-width.
