LSO:Ce crystals with 35mm in diameter were successfully grown by melt supply double crucible method. Melt supply was executed by lifting up an outer crucible. The Ce concentrations were characterized by ICP-AES along growth axis. It had an excellent uniformity than the crystal grown by conventional CZ method.
