抄録

In-situ observation of differentiation process from melts with various compositions combined EPMA analysis showed that langatate was incongruent material and had a periteictic relation to LaGaO_3. Primary phase volume of langatate which lied in Ga-rich region to the stoichiometric composition was determined by the DSC analysis in addition to the in-situ observation.
