Abstract

In future, kinds and purpose of sensor will be various, thus drivers cannot direct their attention all dangerous things if visual and auditory warning will be the way it is. In this paper, the cognition and response time on hearing buzzer warning (pre-crash warning) and 3D auditory warning was estimated in order to develop the warning on crossing collision. As a result, it was found that pre-crash auditory warning was effective when additional noise was large, however, 3D auditory warning was effective when additional noise was small.
