The Cape Shiriya area as route of migrants

Abstract

Examing the bird specimens struck at Shiriya Light-house, Aomori, and which were sent by Mr. Mikami, the author supports Mikami's theory of migration route of Shiriya→Hidaka coast of Hokkaido; not the shortest flight course across Tsuruga Strait as generally believed.
