A rare case of an acute odontogenic sinusitis resulted in exophthalmos of a 43-yearold man was reported. Following curettage of the 7 periodontal pocket, an acute sinusitis involved the right orbit, and unilateral exophthalmos developed thereafter. CT-scanning demonstrated the inflammatory change in the right side of maxillary and ethmoid sinus and orbit. Exophthalmos disappeared within 2 weeks after administration of antibiotics and extraction of the tooth.
