We report a case of odontoameloblastoma arising in the mandibular molar region of a 26-year-old woman. The patient presented with a chief complaint of swelling at the molar region on the left side of the mandible. Radiographic examination showed an unilocular radiolucent area at the molar region of the left side of the mandible. Impacted teeth were found in this region. The tumor was enucleated in a single mass, along with the impacted teeth, under total anesthesia. The histopathological diagnosis was an odontoameloblastoma. As of six years after the operation, the patient's prognosis has been good.
