A case of a bilateral nasoalveolar cyst in a 66-year-old man is reported. Case reports of bilateral nasoalveolar cysts are very rare. He complained of gingival swelling on the right side of the maxilla. Computed tomographic examination showed bilateral cysts arising from the alveolar bone of the ala nasi. The lesions were completely excised under general anesthesia. The walls of the cyst partially adhered to the mucous membrane of the floor of the nose. Histopathologically, the right side of the cyst wall consisted of squamous epithelium, and the left side consisted of pseudostratified ciliated epithelium, with many goblet cells.
